If the postman had handed the package to me with the haunted look, honestly? Fair. Because the Alien RPG Second Edition + Rapture Protocol Kickstarter reward has arrived… and it’s phenomenal.

I cracked open the box and immediately felt that old familiar dread wrapped excitement. The art? Disturbingly beautiful. The writing? Sharp as a scalpel. The layout? Clean, cinematic, and dripping atmosphere. And the mechanics… Oh, the mechanics. Stress dice should not be that satisfying or that horrifying at the same time.

Alien does tension right. Slow burn dread, sudden spikes of panic, the creeping knowledge that something is on the ship with you and probably hates your continued existence. It's cinematic. It's brutal. It's brilliant
