Looking Ahead: Smaller Fires, Stronger Steel, and the Road to 2026

As the year closes, I want to speak plainly, not as a storyteller, but as a creator and a builder. GNAW is not stepping back. We're adjusting our footing.

In the coming months, our focus will shift to smaller, tightly scoped projects: short adventures, toolkits, printables, and systems we can fund, finish, and polish properly. These projects will help us build momentum, generate income, and, most importantly, connect with the artists, cartographers, and specialists we want to work with longterm.

This is how Veins of Iron, Blood of Fire still happens. Not rushed. Not compromised. And not reliant on AI. The goal remains unchanged: to bring that world to life in 2026 with human craft at its heart with art made by hands, maps drawn with intent, and writing sharpened through collaboration.

Thank you to everyone who's stayed with us through the recalibration. This isn't the end of the road, it's the forge being stoked properly. The iron is still there. We're just taking the time to work it right.
